The 2025 Financial Hardship & Financial Assistance Scholarship Program
TTC will provide (45)-$10K Financial Hardship Scholarships. Available to Massage Therapy, Cosmetology, Barbering, Medical Aesthetician and all ABOBC licensure programs combining Massage Therapy.
TTC will provide (25)-$8K Financial Assistance Scholarships. Available to Massage Therapy, Cosmetology, Barbering, Esthetics, Medical Aesthetician and all ABOBC licensure programs combining Massage Therapy.
TTC will provide (15)-$2K Financial Assistance Scholarships. Available to Nail Technology, Barbering to Cosmetology Students ONLY.

Scholarships DO NOT COVER textbooks, student kits or non-refundable enrollment or program fees. Student kits & textbooks are the responsibility of the student, not the institution, however, may be purchased on-site.
Candidates who have previously been awarded full or partial scholarships that were not accepted, have a previous balance with the institution or who have been dropped due to excessive absenteeism or failure to pay tuition ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.

REQUIREMENTS (Applicants MUST):
Submit a 500-word essay on the topic “What Being an Entrepreneur Means to Me”.
Please include your name, current mailing address, current email and current phone on the cover page of your essay. Essays missing documentation WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR REVIEWED. Submissions will be accepted beginning at 12am on the 10th day of the following months, with the monthly deadline being the 25th of the listed months at 11:59pm. Mailed scholarship applications MUST BE postmarked by the 25th day of the application month to be accepted or dropped off by 6pm on the 25th to our Admissions Office at the address indicated.

REQUIREMENTS (Applicants MUST):
- BE at least 19 years of age or 18 years of age with a parent, legal guardian or co-signer of 21-years of age at a minimum.
- Be currently employed with verifiable income of at least $2,000.00 per month or $24K per year. Co-signers, if applicable; MUST provide proof of $3,000.00 per month in verifiable income. Applicants and/or co-signers MUST provide 2 most current earnings statements. For self-employed individuals, 60 days of current bank statements and previous year's tax return.
- Must meet all TTC standard institutional enrollment requirements.
- Provide 4 verifiable references, (include name, address, and phone number).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Massage Therapy Applicants MUST BE able to attend in person classes EVERY Monday and Wednesday from 9am until 4pm and 2 Saturdays per month for clinicals after student reaches 500 clock hours from 9am-2pm (class schedules are non-negotiable).
- Applicants applying to attend other programs MUST BE able to attend class in person either 3 days per week from 8:30am-4pm, which includes Friday from 9am-3pm, or 2 nights per week from 5:30pm-10pm and 2 Saturdays per month from 8am-2pm.
- Recipients are expected a minimum GPA of 2.0 (C-) or higher during the program to maintain the scholarship award.
- Must have an open and active bank account or credit account for monthly tuition payments, if participating in the installment plan.
- Applicants must complete the online application/enrollment form and payment prior to submitting the scholarship application. If awarded, all required registration fees will be due within 5 business days. Scholarship
- Recipients are required to start class within 45 days of the scholarship award letter date. Scholarship awards MUST BE ACCEPTED, and award letters MUST BE SIGNED within 7 business days.
- Scholarship Recipients are responsible for all application, enrollment, lab, reservation, textbook, student kit, technology & graduation fees. These fees, except for the graduation fee, are due on or before the first day of class and are nonrefundable. Some fees may be added to monthly installment plans.

Established as a 501c3 in 2013, Beauty Changes Lives is a non-profit organization awarding beauty school tuition scholarships generously funded by leading beauty brands. The Beauty Changes Lives scholarship portfolio includes tuition scholarships for aspiring hairstylists, nail professionals, estheticians, makeup artists, massage therapists and barbers. 04 — Beauty Schools Directory $2,500 Cosmetology Scholarship
Future students of the beauty disciplines – including cosmetology, barbering, esthetics and skin care, nail technology, makeup artistry and several others – can apply for these $2,500 scholarships for cosmetology school. This beauty school scholarship is awarded four times per year, and may be used at most schools nationwide.
