State Board Re-Test Nail Technology
Program Duration 4-5 months
Please contact our Office of Admissions directly at (334)649-1199 for all program current tuition rates. Dual Enrollment Programs are only available for currently enrolled high school students. Instructor Training candidates must be current and have held a licensed through the Alabama Board of Cosmetology & Barbering for a minimum of 2 years. These candidates must also pass an entrance exam with a minimum score of 80%. Enrollment in all Accelerated Programs requires a minimum 3.2 verifiable GPA within the past 3 years.
Transitions Technical College, Inc. DOES NOT accept transfer clock hours or credits more than 2 years old.

CLASSES & SCHEDULES
Class Schedule Day Students (Full-Time)
Monday-Thursday 8:45am-3:45pm and Friday EITHER 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm, on-campus as well as A 2-hour ONLINE MANDATORY study hall period. Students are given a 1-hour lunch break as scheduled by the senior instructor. Students will attend classes 3 days on campus, including Fridays as well as 2 days online via Canvas.
Class Schedule Night Students (Part-Time)
Tuesday and Thursday 5:30pm-10:00pm. Students are given a 30-minute dinner break from 7-7:30pm or 7:30-8pm. Night Students will attend classes 2 days on campus and 2 days online via Canvas. Night students are also required to attend in-person classes every 2nd & 4th Saturdays.
Dual Enrollment Students (High School Students ONLY)
Monday-Thursday 5:00pm- 9:00pm. Students are given a 30-minute dinner break from 7-7:30pm. Students will attend classes 4 days a week on campus. Dual enrollment students are required to have a minimum of 2.5 GPA, be in good standing at currently enrolled high school and at least 16 years old.
Accelerated Program Students
Monday- Thursday 8:45am- 3:45pm and Friday 9am-4pm on campus as well as 2 days online via Canvas. Students are given a 1-hour lunch break as scheduled by the senior instructor. Students must have a minimum of 3.2 GPA within the last 3 years. GPA will be verified.
