The mission of Transitions Technical College is to provide an opportunity to achieve a quality cosmetology education for a group of learners who have the ability to benefit from the programs. Our primary goal is to train students to successfully obtain a professional certification and pass the state licensure exam. The objective to develop each student with theory education and the practical experience necessary to perform on the highest levels in the beauty industry upon completion of the desired program, is at our forefront. Students receiving VA Assistance, Grants or Scholarships ARE NOT eligible for discounted tuition assistance (if applicable).

Students not enrolling within 60 days of paying the application and enrollment fees will forfeit their payment. An Administrative Fee computed at a flat rate of 10% of the total cost of tuition has been added to all installment accounts.

Students who drop/withdraw within 3 calendar days of enrolling will receive a 100% refund of monies paid in advance less any monies paid as a deposit for textbooks, student kits or equipment purchased by the institution on behalf of the student; and with the exception of both the (non-refundable) application and enrollment fees.
A down payment equal to ½ of the total cost of tuition or 1 month is due on or before the first day of class attendance for all new students approved for the Installment Agreement tuition payment plan. Otherwise, tuition and all fees associated are due in full prior to or on the student’s first day of class.
